About Us

Growing up in the 90's I spent most Saturdays going to work with my father earning my pocket money sweeping the floors in his garage. As time went on I began to develop my knowledge of motor vehicles and how they work. It became my job to check all the vehicles lights and replace any bulbs not working, that moved onto oil and filter replacement until all Saturdays service work was completed by myself. Leaving school in 2004 my passion for vehicle repair had only increased and I enrolled on an apprenticeship scheme at a local Ford dealer. As I went up through the ranks I found myself wanting a better relationship with customers to understand their needs and serve them better. I made the decision to leave the dealership and move to an independent Ford specialist garage, where in a smaller team I was able to communicate personally with customers and with that offer a better service tailored to their needs. After a few years I was promoted to manager and bookings, part sourcing, safety and customer service became my responsibly on top of problem solving with more in depth complicated vehicle repair. In late 2017 the company director had made the decision to retire and began winding the company down, the land was sold to a developer and I was given a great deal of thanks for my time and influence at the company . It was time again to find a new challenge and I moved to another local garage who had a excellent reputation. Speed and precision was the name of the game there. Repairs of the highest quality done as quickly as possible to meet the large volume of customer bookings on a diverse range of vehicle makes. There was no pressure on me as all this came naturally, I believe a job (big or small) should be done right.  A short time before joining the company I met my partner (now wife)  and after a magical holiday in early 2019 we decided to move in together in her hometown of Ruislip, North West London. I took a job with a independent Audi specialist garage. After 6 months in this company my faith with the management and their treatment of customers made me realize this was not the company for me and I moved onto a local BMW dealership. During the COVID 19 pandemic and being furloughed I found myself receiving a large number of calls for servicing and repairs from family, friends and former customers most of which owned Ford vehicles. I found myself missing Fords and realized there was no one in area specializing in Fords and MCR automotive was born!

A former amateur boxing champion I am no stranger to hard work and challenges I am also very family orientated and when the tools go down my family is my main focus please bear this in mind when calling outside working hours listed on our google page
